Airdog Australia – 12-Month Warranty
- All Airdog products purchased in Australia include a 12-month limited warranty. If the product develops a fault due to a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, we will supply the required spare parts (provided to us by Airdog) so the product can be repaired.
What’s covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- Spare parts required to complete a repair
What’s not covered
- Damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, or failure to follow instructions
- Normal wear and tear
- Consumable components (such as collecting plates and pre-filters) unless faulty
- Damage caused by unauthorised repairs or modifications
How to make a claim
- Email support@airdog.com.au with proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and photos or videos if possible. We will assess the claim and organise spare parts for repair if the issue is covered under warranty.
After 12 months
- Spare parts are still available for purchase for ongoing repair or maintenance.
Australian Consumer Law
- Our warranty is provided in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for major failures, as well as compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
