Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter of this competition is Airdog Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 57 682 187 346) of 2/600 Lorimer Street, Port Melbourne VIC 3207, Australia. Phone: 1300 012 712. Email: support@airdog.com.au (“Promoter”).

2. Eligibility

Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years and over.

Employees of the Promoter, its related entities, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

3. Competition Period

The competition commences at 12:00am AEST on 1 April 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 31 May 2026 (“Competition Period”).

Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must during the Competition Period:

• Complete the official online entry form; and
• Provide accurate contact details, including full name and valid email address.
  

Only one (1) entry per person is permitted.

Incomplete, inaccurate, or illegible entries may be deemed invalid.

5. Prize

The prize is one (1) Airdog X1D air purifier valued at AUD $499 (“Prize”).

The Prize includes delivery within Australia only.

The Prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize with a product of equal or greater value if necessary.

6. Draw Details

This is a game of chance.

The winner will be selected via a random draw conducted at the Promoter’s premises at 2/600 Lorimer Street, Port Melbourne VIC 3207 on or before 7 June 2026.

7. Winner Notification & Publication

The winner will be notified via email within 7 days of the draw.

The winner’s name may be published on the Promoter’s website and/or social media channels.

If the winner does not respond within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.

8. Unclaimed Prize Draw

If required, an unclaimed prize draw will take place at the same location on or after 21 June 2026.

The new winner will be notified in writing.

9. Privacy

By entering this competition, entrants consent to the Promoter collecting and using their personal information for the purpose of conducting the competition and contacting the winner.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable Australian privacy laws.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any late, lost, or misdirected entries, or any technical disruptions affecting participation.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

11. General

The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.

The Promoter may cancel, suspend, or modify the competition if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.
